I implemented the custom workflow connecting established payment and form products to state-specific intake, evaluator review, approval, document generation, and customer delivery.

Built signed intake access and state-specific routing after purchase.
Implemented three signed REST endpoints for the evaluation workflow.
Modeled evaluator review and approval as explicit workflow stages.
Made PDF and email fulfillment replay-safe to prevent duplicate delivery.
